Our mission is to help small governments and private entities successfully conduct critical infrastructure risk assessments in a way that increases community safety while also adhering to Federal Government directives.

As our name implies, we believe that a clear understanding of the threats we face is critical to implementing effective emergency preparedness and risk mitigation. Through experienced analysis and education, Clear Terrain helps pinpoint and prioritize vulnerabilities and capability gaps.

As a whole community effort, we aim to reduce single points of failure by ensuring each critical infrastructure asset is informed and prepared to protect against the evolving threat environment. On-site Critical Infrastructure Risk Assessments significantly improves collaboration across critical infrastructure sectors, among owners and operators, and emergency services. This in-turn, creates a strong foundation for future emergency preparedness planning.
